What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
+
One carton per model. Depending on the model, a carton holds roughly 4–100 units. There is no 100–500 pc factory minimum here — you can test a model with a single carton and reorder the ones that sell. Each model must be ordered in full cartons, but cartons of different models can be combined in one shipment.
What are your payment terms?
+
For smaller orders we normally ask for payment in full before dispatch. On larger orders (roughly 2,000 pcs and above) we can usually work on a 30% deposit with the 70% balance before shipment. We prefer bank transfer (T/T); PayPal is accepted but carries higher fees. Final terms are set out in the proforma invoice for each order.
Which trade terms do you quote?
+
Quotes are normally prepared on an FOB Shenzhen basis, with international freight quoted separately. If you'd like us to look into freight as well, tell us your destination port or address and we'll come back with what's available.
How quickly do you ship?
+
For models in stock, we can normally hand goods to your forwarder within about three days of cleared payment — stock sits in Shenzhen, so collection is quick. Stock levels move constantly, and larger quantities may need a new production run, which typically takes around 30 days. We confirm actual availability and timing for your specific models when we quote, and aim to reply to every inquiry within 24 hours.
How long does delivery take?
+
We ship worldwide — North America, Europe, the Middle East, South America, Africa and Southeast Asia. Transit depends on the method, destination and carrier schedule. Use the planning tool below for a broad preparation-plus-transit range; the current option and timing are confirmed with your quote.
Can I order mixed models in one shipment?
+
Yes. Each model must be ordered in full cartons, but cartons of different models can be combined in one shipment. So three models means at least three cartons. Tell us the models and we'll confirm stock and put the quote together.
Can you do OEM, custom logo or custom packaging?
+
Custom and OEM requests are handled case by case with the factory. Minimums and lead times are higher than for stock items. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll check feasibility before quoting.
Do the products have CE, FCC or RoHS certification?
+
Certification: FCC / CE-RED / RoHS / UN38.3 available. In hand on selected models — please ask for the model you need; 4–6 weeks if a new certificate is required, cost shared on volume orders. We verify the exact model and destination before confirming documents.
What happens if a unit arrives defective?
+
Faulty units can be replaced. Send us photos or a short video and we'll respond within 24 hours; replacements are normally sent with your next order. Please report any issues promptly after the goods arrive.
Do you check the goods before shipping?
+
Yes. Every batch gets a sampling inspection — power-on, Bluetooth pairing and a sound test — plus a carton-by-carton packaging and quantity check before dispatch. Our background is in audio engineering (DSP tuning and EQ calibration), so we know what a defective unit sounds like.
Can I get a sample first?
+
Yes. If appearance, sound or packaging is critical for your market, ask about a paid sample before a larger order. Availability, sample cost and freight are confirmed separately. One carton remains the most practical small commercial test.
Where are you based?
+
Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China — at the source of the consumer-audio supply chain. We're a small team and we personally handle every order.
