This notice explains what information is collected when you visit the HeavyBass website or send a business inquiry, and how that information is used.

Information we collect
When you request a quote, we may collect your name, company, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, product interests, requested quantity, and any message you provide.
We may also collect basic visit and campaign information such as the page you entered from, referral source, advertising campaign parameters, and click identifiers. The current website uses temporary browser session storage to keep campaign attribution while you move between pages.
How we use information
- Respond to product questions and prepare quotations.
- Communicate about requested products, orders, and follow-up.
- Understand which pages and advertising campaigns generate business inquiries.
- Protect the website and inquiry form from misuse.
Service providers
Inquiry data is processed by Web3Forms to deliver website form submissions by email. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, those providers may process visit and conversion data under their own terms. Links to services such as WhatsApp take you to a third-party website or application.
Retention and sharing
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer inquiries, support a business relationship, maintain records, or meet applicable obligations. We do not sell inquiry information. It may be shared with service providers or business partners only when needed to respond to your request or operate the website.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, or ask us to stop non-essential follow-up. Email sales@heavybassaudio.com with your request.
